Could you briefly describe your organization and the work you do?
I run Ehrenborg Search, a company in which I help tech companies build sustainable, high-performing organizations through executive search, organizational development, and strategic People & Culture advisory.I have been working more than 15 years with digital product companies, and my passion lies within helping founders and leadership teams to find the right leaders and creating cultures where both people and business can thrive.
What is the main focus of your work today?
My work combines recruitment, leadership development and organizational design – with a human-centered approach tailored to fast-growing tech companies.
Could you tell us a little bit about yourself?
I live in Gothenburg with my family – husband and three kids. In my spare time, I am a yoga instructor (been doing yoga since 2005). I love spending time in the nature and play the piano. I’m driven by helping create a more sustainable working life where people can thrive as their whole selves.
What are you most looking forward to during the project?
Meeting young, growing companies, hearing their thoughts and challenges, sharing my insights, and learning together.
What do you think makes the programme unique?
This is a program focused on taking action. Participants are provided with foundational knowledge before the workshops, allowing the sessions themselves to focus on concrete planning and next steps.
What would you say to a founder who is unsure whether to join?

What do you bring to the programme?
I mainly contribute expertise in recruitment and leadership. I have extensive experience recruiting for founder-led start-ups and have also supported many founders in matters related to leadership and employee development.
