Could you briefly describe your organization and the work you do?

I help startups and growth-stage companies build better organizations. My background spans founding and leading companies across SaaS and professional services, and I bring that hands-on experience directly into workshops, training, and advisory work. Whether it's team building, operational excellence, or employer branding, I focus on practical methods that can be used. With hands-on experience – as Founder, CEO, COO and in other C-level roles – I know what it takes to scale, not just in theory, but in practice.


What is the main focus of your work today?

My key focus is helping companies build high-performing teams and scalable organisations. Tailored to each stage, current challenges and goals. I’m a big fan of design and the architecture needed for success. So I listen, and then create a specific design to move a growth company forward.


Could you tell us a little bit about yourself?

I'm Jesper Forslund – doer turned facilitator. I've founded companies, led teams through rapid growth, and navigated everything from Series A rounds to acquisitions. Today, I channel that experience into workshops and tailored programs that help others build smarter, faster. I take delivery seriously and take on a select few assignments each year.


What are you most looking forward to during the project?

Supporting founders for sure. I like that each group of participants is unique. I love seeing participants connect the dots between what we cover and their own challenges. I wish I had this program to support me when I started my first venture.


What do you think makes the programme unique?

The comprehensive experience and expertise that is packaged into a buffet of nuggets that can level up entrepreneurs. And not just in theory, but hands-on, doing stuff, getting impact straight away.


What would you say to a founder who is unsure whether to join?

We have a programme and loads of stuff that is valuable to know. All that is secondary to your questions, your situation and your challenges. During the workshops we will make sure that you as an individual walk away with relevant answers and advice.


What do you bring to the programme?

Bringing lived experience to every session. I've been in the roles participants are navigating – founder, COO, team builder. That means I can meet them where they are, challenge assumptions constructively, and offer models that have actually worked under pressure. I don't just teach it; I've done it – failures included.


What kind of companies would you especially like to see join the programme?

Startups and scale-ups in the 0–20 employee range that are getting ready to hire or need to scale quickly and thoughtfully. I'd also emphasise that recruiting and leading is a personal development journey – and that is relevant in your current journey and all future endeavours.


Is there anything else you would like to share with founders considering the programme?

Programs like this work best when participants come ready to be honest about what's not working. Leave the polished pitch at the door. The more real the conversation, the more useful the outcome. I'm here to help you think more clearly and move faster.
